On the first day of employment with ATS, employees are given the option to participate in benefit plans that provide choice and flexibility. Recognizing individual and family needs can vary greatly, our plans and programs are built to accommodate our diverse employee population. We are committed to ensuring our benefit plans are affordable and comprehensive.

 

  • Keeping You Healthy
    • We offer various health insurance options (medical, dental, vision) depending on the coverage level that is right for you. Through our provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, our employees enjoy utilizing the free 24-hour nurse hotline and online tools such as provider finder, cost comparison tools, health assessments and advice. Employees can also save money and take advantage of our free mail-order generic prescription program. Preventive care and wellness programs are key components of all of our plans, helping our employees stay healthy.

  • Saving For the Future
    • Employees are eligible for immediate enrollment into our company-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan, managed through Merrill Lynch. Both pre-tax and Roth contributions are available, allowing our employees to choose a plan that best suits their financial needs. Employees contribute to their account through payroll deductions.

  • Preparing for the Unexpected
    • ATS provides life insurance of two times the employee’s annual salary and basic coverage for the employee’s spouse and children. Employees have the option to purchase affordable supplemental life insurance through our provider, Guardian. ATS also provides both short-term and long-term disability coverage as well as optional (employee-paid) accident and critical illness insurance. All provided to give our employees peace of mind.

    • “Continuous Improvement” is our cultural commitment. To support our employees’ drive to succeed, we offer tuition reimbursement for accredited college courses up to $5,000 annually.

    • We offer two weeks of vacation annually, 10 paid holidays, sick time and a variety of work schedules, allowing our employees to take the time they need to unwind and re-energize.

  • Providing Options to Save Money
    • Our Flexible Spending Account offers tax-free savings to be used on medical expenses (up to $3,000 annually) and dependent care expenses (up to $5,000 annually).     • Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available via a 24-hour hotline. The EAP provides free, confidential assistance for a variety of personal or professional issues, including stress, financial challenges, work-related issues, or marital and family problems.
