   • Correct OEM of the part
   • Correct part number and/or model number
   • Description of what the part is and what job it performs
   • Detailed problem description
   • And if available, and photos of the part and/or the unit the part is coming out of

As soon as ATS receives accurate part information, the clock starts. We’ll let you know within 4 hours whether this part can be repaired by ATS and at what cost. If the part can’t be repaired, we’ll provide other options to get your equipment back on track!
