Adds/Changes
ATS’ Services Include:
- Installing hardware pieces & loading drivers
- Installing approved software
- Configuring software according to specifications
- Testing the configuration
Disposals
ATS’ Services Involve:
- Retiring components from the desktop as new units are installed
- Repackaging and delivering components to staging area
- Removing tags and recording retired components into asset tracking database
- Recovering software license data for redeployment
- Shipping components to a disposal site
- Issuing a certification of receipt for disposal/destruction
- Reporting compliance with SLA
De-Installations
ATS’ Service Include:
- Reformatting the hard drive to remove data
- Disconnecting all system components
- Moving equipment to the designated staging or storing area
Cascades
ATS Will:
- Deploy desk side support to implement the cascade in accordance to the SLA
- Reformat old equipment’s hard disk
- Re-configure old equipment at a different location or load software
- Receive facilities order with user location
- Coordinate delivery within appropriate service level & with customer contacts
- Generate quality assurance documents
- Deliver equipment to end user location
- Install equipment at user location
- Provide asset tracking information to customer
- Confirm ATS’ compliance with the SLA
- Report performance SLA compliance
